The Title Register (Property Register) is one of the 2 main documents of title (often called Title Deeds). It contains a description of the property, its tenure, the name and address of the owners, purchase price, name & address of mortgagee and details of other charges, notices, restrictions, easements and covenants.

The Land Registry Title Plan displays an outline of the property and its surroundings, often with coloured markings indicating rights of way, shared access, land affected by covenants and the route of watercourses.

This is in 3 sections, the first displaying the date of first registration, tenure, address and easements. The next section provides ownership details, purchase price, date of purchase, restrictions on the power of sale and personal covenants. The final section contains details of mortgages, charges, restrictive covenants and other burdens.

A large scale OS based plan with an outline of the property and those nearby, displaying buildings and land affected by easements & burdens.
