If you are new to our website, or you would like to create a new account and apply for Commercial Account status, please click the 'Register' button and complete the standard user registration form first. Once your free user account has been completed you can then submit the Commercial Account request form above.
Your MyAccount section is your personal control panel. Within the MyAccount section you can store and download copies of your purchased documents from our cloud storage facility, communicate directly with our search team and access exclusive content to help you make the most of your Land Registry, Environmental or Local Authority searches.
If you have a credit or debit card associated with your commercial account, payments are billed automatically when your orders are made. Your organisation will not need to enter your payment details each time. You will be provided with a VAT receipt by e-mail after each order.
Invoices and direct debits are billed monthly and are issued during the first week of each calendar month. Payment is required within 7 days of invoice. VAT receipts are provided automatically after each order.
