Using the Mapping Tools

To locate the area you require please enter a postcode or town/city name in the address box () provided in the form. Use the zoom feature and move the map to the exact location that you would like us to search. Using your mouse, click on the map and create marker points to outline the area of land you would like us to search. You can zoom in and edit or delete any incorrect marker points created. Please make sure that you are as accurate as possible. You can select between the standard Map, Satellite and OpenStreetMap views to check accuracy.

Title Register and Title Plan

These two documents are the official documents proving ownership (or non-ownership) of a property. They are packed with information relating to ownership, tenure, purchase price, mortgages, date of purchase, easements and covenants. Read together, they contain all the information needed to prove ownership. Sometimes it is wise to obtain further details of the covenants and easements, which can be done by obtaining the conveyancing deeds.

Conveyancing Deeds

The Title Register will be noted with details of conveyancing deeds that have been retained digitally and which are available to purchase. The Land Registry store Deeds they consider important as they often contain important detail relating to covenants, easements, restrictions and agreements, and often have Deed Plans attached to them.
