Your MyAccount control panel is a central hub to help you keep track of and manage your Land Registry Title Deeds, Environmental Searches, Information Guides and other UKLRS reports and documents. Once you have ordered title deeds or reports from us and your order has been completed, your documents will be available to view, print and download as often as you like from your personal storage folder.

To access your control panel, you must be registered with us and be signed in. Registration is free for both private and business users. Your MyAccount control panel notifies you of how many documents you have waiting in your folder.
As soon as your documents are ready they are placed in your personal download folder. You will be sent an automated email when your final report is generated, however as some internet service providers do not forward all automated emails, we recommend that you check your MyAccount section regularly for any status updates.

Our documents are provided in Portable Document Format (PDF). PDF is the global standard for electronic document sharing.
Most up to date computer operating systems natively support PDF files and there are many programs available that support PDF, but we recommend using Adobe Reader® which is available for free.
If you have purchased documents or reports using our 'Lite' service, you do not have access to the MyAccount section avaliable to our registerd users. 'Lite' users will have their documents sent directly to their specified email address.
For more information relating to our 'Lite' user service please see our 'What is UKLRS Lite?' FAQ.
If you have problems opening any of your documents, please try saving them to your hard drive first (right click on the link and select 'Save Target As').
You can print your downloaded documents as often as you require. Most documents are in A4 format, however some large Title Plans may have an A3 print size. If you do not have access to an A3 printer, these documents can still be scaled to print on A4. Please check your printer preference when printing.
