Please chose a Username and Password that you will remember. You will be emailed a copy of your signup details for future reference.
When you sign up with us a copy of your documents are kept within your own control panel which you can come back and access any time for up to 6 months after you order was placed.
There is no need for you to enter your name and address each time you order a search.
Communication with us is more efficient and any queries can be dealt with more efficiently.

User Names are how we recognise you. A User Name could be your real name, a nick name, or even the name of your company. User Names may not contain spaces or special characters such as $! #% etc. Any sapces entered will be automatically removed when your registration is submitted.
Please use a password that is memorable, however we strongly recomend that you do not use the same password for multiple websites.
Some Land Registry documents can not be provided digitially, so we may need to post them to you.
If you require a corporate account for submission of volume searches, please contact our customer services department.
